Rocky made everything easy, and for me/from me, that is high praise. Moving/buying a home is very stressful, and everything Rocky did took away stress from the experience. He was very patient with my many questions, and answered things in great detail and from different angles until I was comfortable with the answers. Regarding process expertise and negotiation skills, if there were more than 5 stars I would give more. I looked at many homes, only submitted a single offer on a single home, and GOT IT. We beat TEN other offers to get the only home I was finally comfortable with taking a chance on. We're a month past the transaction date and I'm still being helped by Rocky and his team. He's put me in touch with various tradespeople to get all the little front end tweaks and touch ups taken care of. All of these folks have been amazing. Even though the inventory was low we were able to locate the perfect home and Rocky, of course, knew the other realtor. This made the negotiation even quicker. Rocky sent me a text at 11:00 pm on a Friday night to inform me of their counter offer. He was quick to say, if you're awake I would take their counter because it was good for that house. So I accepted just before midnight.After that, he and Danielle took over and made sure I knew what was going on or what I needed to do to make the process smooth and pain free. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rocky when relocating to South Bend from another state. Rocky knows this area well, is a great communicator, and amazingly prompt replying to texts/emails.
